We flew to the Carolinas last week for discovery work with an inspired and inspiring family. After 13 years making films with families and firms about their stories, we know one thing for sure. Spending time to explore possibilities, pitfalls and personalities is key. Before we dive into any legacy media project, we need to learn as much as possible about the people, their why’s and dynamics, the media, the stories, the locations and the goals. It’s thrilling to do this with a family who is on a brave path of collective growth and learning, looking at their past and including the next generation.
